The experience of shopping with this company was great! Love there items! Shipping to my address was horrible for me. I gave up on waiting. It came over a month later.
Bought clothes. Chic.com site it is marked "easy return" 30 day return policy. The sizes didn't fit, style was wrong. Reached their support. They tried to dodge because the return was too expensive and complicated. I told them I was entitled to a refund, that PayPal made returns easy. They played the clock, after 8 exchanges, they told me that the 30 days were over and that I was no longer entitled to anything. The purchases were € 62, I only had to agree to their terms!

There Clothes are for small people in the United States it takes almost a month for you to receive your merchandise and if something is wrong They do not refund your money it's sort of a Way to trick you out your money never ever will order from Them in the future Thank God it was only $60 They kept sending me pictures of merchandise To order but I waited to see The outcome of my first order just as I expected not Qualify and again to To Small

If you need your purchase asap order from Amazon prime. If you order from chicme purchase 1 month ahead of time.

I placed an order with this company on 6/19/2021. Order#*******123. I received the order on 7/13/2021. The site say they are in California. I placed orders from multiple other vendors at and after the same 6/19/2021 date and received all within 7 days or less. I emailed on several occasions and only got responses indicating to give it more time. One said I should contact the shipper myself. I said you took my money after 2 days but the order took almost 30 days for delivery. When the items arrived of course I was not satisfied. They are not United States sizes. The XL looks like a small. The 2xl looks like a medium. I am not sure how they have so many positive reviews. Clearly the sizes are made for a small framed group or teenage sizes. I ordered sizes larger because this was my first time ordering and some designer cuts are different. Did I expect to receive something extremely smaller than what was ordered? Absolutely not. I am perplexed with the ratings they have displayed. I have no clue where that many satisfied customers came from. They must be paid individuals. These items are below average on quality and are sized for teenagers not adult curvy women. The clothes are off sized. This is a disgrace and they should be ashamed of how they are scamming consumers. If your clothes run small say so. Tell the customer they are small sizes so the customer can make an informed decision to order or not.

Most of my order was not as pictured on the website and looking to return them... not fully satisfied
These guys are thieves. I bought a jacket that was too small. They told me they will give only 5% and I keep the jacket. I told them I will return for a full refund as I have no need for it. They stop answering me, did not send a return label and I did not receive any % of return. This also happened to three other persons I know that order from this site. Help me flag this company as the thieves they are, so people will know who they are and not order anything. I've ordered from other sites and this is my only bad experience. Chic is not a good company, and people need to know this before they are scammed out of their money. Please spread the word.

Using tender.com addy to get people to click on link to tender.com. And the link switches to chic.com... unsavory AF... Iceland where chic has it's domain server... Note: chic.com, any further contact we'll be delt with. Stop, STAT. Or be held accountable. Good day
It's some times takes months to receive my order. When going through chat to communicate about my order it takes me in circles
I Placed an order in March on a sale that i found on the tiktok shop. I had previously ordered and received my order in the past so I did not think this was going to happen. I reached out to customer service because I had not received a tracking number. This was on March 16th. I was told there was a delay and the estimated delivery of my order would be between March 25th and March 29. To date I still have not received my order nor has anyone responded to my various emails. I am going to report them to the better business bureau and tell everyone I know not to order anything from them ever!
Perfect and looks just like the pictures and didn't have to wait to long for delivery came pretty much on time came when they said it would
