Thank you for acknowledging and supporting our black citizens. It is sad that this is still an issue in the United Sates, you would think we would have learned by know that everyone matters. Your contributions were so amazing.

I filed a claim for a broken screen cover, got an email saying claim was approved with claim number. 2 weeks later no new screen cover. I have called and been on hold indefinitely, left phone messages and emailed about 4 times. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!
