I watched a review of this company's products on Nail Career Education's channel on YouTube, and immediately wanted to try it out. Did a little more research on the PRODUCTS, and most people loved them. Well, I placed my order on 4/28/20, spent exactly $61, and then finally got around to seeing the horrible and actually accurate reviews days later. Immediately regretted making a purchase but still wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. I sent my first email asking for an update on 5/23/20 and didn't hear back. I sent another on 5/28/20, the 30 day mark, and immediately received an auto-generated email about their COVID procedures. Absolutely ridiculous; I wish I had done more research before placing an order. Not to mention, they charged my account immediately after placing the order. I've ordered many other things from different companies, ranging from furniture to makeup, and received everything within two weeks. And yet this company wants to take 30 days just to process? Never again. Horrible.
