“RIDICULOUS”

I have had problems getting manage to work for two months, they say it is my phone, my kids phone, unkown error. To find out they cannot manage latest version of iphone software! They are supposed to be technologically savvy! Wasted hours and 100's of dollars!

Now they cannot get it off the phone, no one knows how?
