I worked in high tech for years before retiring and going back to teaching. Never, ever have I had the problems downloading I have had with the material I purchased today. I just regard the money spent as lost.
One of my purchases does not let me download unless I download and activate a document on how to untangle the mess of dealing/downloading with Google Drive, which under normal circumstances down not need a detailed, three-page set of instructions to use. Trouble is, I can't activate the Google Drive document once I down load it, so that purchase is lost to me.
Never again. Looks as if I can not submit my review...
