It has been 8 days at the USPS in LA!
I emailed Bagatiba, and their response was an apology for USPS being understaffed.
If that's the case, why would you continue to do business with the USPS when you sell high end jewelry?
Use UPS or FedEx, instead of giving lame excuses. It's just not acceptable when customers are spending hundreds of dollars on a purchase, and don't receive them in a timely fashion.
Simple solution: don't buy from Bagatiba.
