I bought these hoops and they are worth EVERY penny! I wear them multiple times a week, if not daily. They go with ererything, and are the perfect way to dress up a casual outfit or couple perfectly with something more formal. They're timeless!

Also! Not heavy in the slightest even if they might appear to be thick, they don't tug on your lobes.

I've been looking for a pair of bespoke gold earrings like the Orb hoops. I can always rely on them make me feel put together. Bagatiba is an awesome company! They have very high quality jewelry at a very affordable price! I also like that they are eco-friendly. That matters a lot to me!

The customer service is beyond EXCELLENT! I've only had to contact them twice. Both times they answered me within an hour. One was using a discount code and they fixed it within minutes of me asking about it.

The shipping is always on time and what they promise. In fact, out of all of my orders (approximately 30-40 orders) I would say 25% (or more) have been delivered earlier than the date posted.

I fully support AND standby Bagatiba! I've referred several family & friends and will continue to do so. In fact, I don't buy my jewelry from anyone else now. I've been a customer since about 2016 (I think) and will continue to support this company without hesitation!

I'm sad to say I've had a horrible experience with Bagatiba and their customer service team. I've written them a few times asking questions such as when will items be back in stock or (after I placed a $410 order) can I use the promo code they just posted online but I missed by a couple hours. They have NEVER written back to any of my emails, which is a huge slap in the face. The necklaces are a present for my bridesmaids and I feel horrible using a brand that I think doesn't care about their customers. It's also crazy that I was charged $10 for shipping after a $410 order, again just shows how little they care. All about the profits.

Bought a pair of earrings and 2 rings from Bagatiba. It's been a while I'm wearing it but no scratches at all. I like their website - it's very customers friendly and easy to proceed an order. Even though the company based in US, they delivered my order to the UK very fast.

I ordered the letter cubes and a gold chain, received my order super quickly in a beautiful box. The quality of the jewellery is amazing for the price and I get complimented all the time! Also love Julie and admire what a great business woman she is. Thank you so much!

Avoid this company. Bagatiba does NOT care about customer satisfaction AT ALL. If a product is faulty and is not as advertised and you are unhappy with it they don't care. They refuse to make it right. They will keep your money. They refuse to even speak to their customers over the phone. They claim to be too small of a business to speak to their customers. Yeah, you read that right. This is the most dishonest company I have dealt with in years. I will never again shop with them.

I have some products from Bagatiba and I was always super happy :) The delivery is great and fast (I'm based in Europe). I wear my Mini Gold Hollow Hoops almost everyday since 2 years, the quality is great.

I ordered jewelry online with their Holiday40 code - nowhere on their site, product page, or entire checkout process do they state that it is final sale' when using the discount code. It is completely misleading and unfair for them to omit their return policies up front. Do not buy from them! They don't care about their customers and are an unethical shop. Don't give them your money! You have no protections or assurance as a paying customer.
