I love the jewelry but dealing with the company has been incredibly frustrating. As a VIP customer I was repeatedly refused the discounts I was due when ordering online and customer service refused to honor the online discounts available when I tried to resolve the issue by phone. All I kept hearing in email responses was how I was a valued client and be sure to sign up for VIP services! If they can't get their act together I'll finish the coupons I'm owed and then switch to a store that actually shows me the respect I deserve.

I love this site! For years I have gotten the exact same perfume other stores sell at significantly higher prices sent right to my home. Why would anyone go anywhere else?
It’s easy, secure and at least a third cheaper then buying locally. Plus it’s sent directly to my home.
I love ysatis. It’s a wonderful scent that doesn’t overwhelm and easily goes from work to evening activities.
Awful company. When I placed a phone order from their catalogue I had to correct the representative repeatedly. Weeks later I called to ask what was happening to be told my zip code was inaccurate! No calls or emails to discuss, just silence until I asked. They then promised 2 day delivery. Again, nothing! I finally cancelled the order. Clearly they don't care about their customers.
