Ordered a dress online with them for my daughter to wear as our flower-girl for our wedding in now only 8 days away... They rang me and confirmed the dress etc and said it would be delivered like 2 months later... Tad longer than I thought it would take. Anyway it arrived on the day they said it would... When I opened it up... I was shocked to see the ugliest dress ever... It was so different from the one in the picture, the colours were all so different and it was just a mess. I emailed them and they sent me an email address for their complaints department to whom I then emailed and never heard back. I emailed them again... and nothing. Found a FB site for them and then saw everybody's complaints and horror stories and was totally shocked... How can a company get away with this? How can Palpay keep taking our money to give to this Crap company... I was so upset and angry... I left my comment on their review page... and was straight away blocked from their site... I can even get on there anymore... BUNCH OF LOSERS... They have to be stopped...
