The worse experience of my entire life! You decide. Here is my last communication with them:

Mary Delasantos: We received the dress. Unfortunately the dress does not fit me at all. Basically it looks great on your website but when I put it on it does not form to my body and it is extremely baggy. It is extremely thick on my body unlike the web photo. Our tailor has declined to work on it. While I'm sure the original was made correctly and I don't think it had a liner in it, I'm afraid this dress was made differently. See the attached photo. We do like the sleeves and some of the characteristics are attractive. They dress simply doesn't fit well at all. It also has many bulges every few inches due to the liner being do big and bunched up. I would like to be sent the proper information to return the dress and receive a refund. It doesn't fit at all and we double checked all the measurements with them over the phone for about a half an hour.

In conclusion: no one came back on line to deal with the problem after an hour of this. Pretty sure this is an automated reply set up to get you to hang up.
