Please DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a prom dress with custom measurements and color that totaled too $210 they called with in an hour to confirm my measurements to make it seem more legit. I was so excited until three weeks later they email me saying that they cannot find the dress that I wanted to purchase which was incredibly strange because my dress was suppose to be custom made. They asked me to pick another dress and right away my father emailed them saying that since the dress i chose prior was not available i would like a full refund but over and over they said chose another dress. We never received a dress or our refund. Please do not buy from this company they are in china and stealing from honest people

Ordered a dress online with them for my daughter to wear as our flower-girl for our wedding in now only 8 days away... They rang me and confirmed the dress etc and said it would be delivered like 2 months later... Tad longer than I thought it would take. Anyway it arrived on the day they said it would... When I opened it up... I was shocked to see the ugliest dress ever... It was so different from the one in the picture, the colours were all so different and it was just a mess. I emailed them and they sent me an email address for their complaints department to whom I then emailed and never heard back. I emailed them again... and nothing. Found a FB site for them and then saw everybody's complaints and horror stories and was totally shocked... How can a company get away with this? How can Palpay keep taking our money to give to this Crap company... I was so upset and angry... I left my comment on their review page... and was straight away blocked from their site... I can even get on there anymore... BUNCH OF LOSERS... They have to be stopped...

I ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding day it did not look like the picture they had cheap quality fabric I ordered two pairs of shoes it cost me so much money my size shoes is a 34 35 they send me a size 36 and saying that I change my order my receipt says size 34 35 I never changed my order for 3 weeks going back and forth emailing them the first day I got it and they have no care in the world they said its not there fault its my fault you made the changes and I will never go to a bigger size shoes on my shoes and they don't really give a $#*! about their customers they're trying to blame their customers that i placed a wrong order why my receipt says what it says they're the worst website I've ever ordered from what a waste of my money what a waste of my moms dress that I just spent so much money on shoes I don't know don't order from this website I am NOT playing games there are the most unreliable website in the history I've ever order from they $#*!ing me over awful I wouldn't want anybody to experience what I went through $#*!ing website I've ever had to place an order I am sick to my stomach that I wasted so much money and nobody in that wedsite took responsibility they basically playing you customer if anybody wants to order from this website think twice now I have a lawyer looking into it I have a receipt that says everything I ordered my lawyer is looking into it I'm not playing no games I don't like when websites $#*! you over pretty much.

Mary Delasantos: We received the dress. Unfortunately the dress does not fit me at all. Basically it looks great on your website but when I put it on it does not form to my body and it is extremely baggy. It is extremely thick on my body unlike the web photo. Our tailor has declined to work on it. While I'm sure the original was made correctly and I don't think it had a liner in it, I'm afraid this dress was made differently. See the attached photo. We do like the sleeves and some of the characteristics are attractive. They dress simply doesn't fit well at all. It also has many bulges every few inches due to the liner being do big and bunched up. I would like to be sent the proper information to return the dress and receive a refund.
