Poor customer Service, very deceptive practices on resale tickets. I had a lot of difficulty, with purchasing the tickets, then they resale without being specific about, then no customer service, just machines answering. The website didn't work often, it is very hard to get help from someone and people were not very helpful when I did get a hold of them. Further, one of the events I had tickets I tried to get a refund because now I have to install a new app to get someone else tickets.

No lies from the Gorilla. We expect always honesty and thats what we got on a daily basis. Awesome. The best in this kind of services.
