My order I placed on 8/19 was said to not be delivered until 8/29. Longer than I expected and I was frustrated about the delivery time.
On Twitter I asked if it was possible to cancel this order. Your social media team (Arielle) advised me to send a DM with the order details. I assumed I was going to get a response back on the details of why the long delay.
Rather than let me know and confirm if I wanted to cancel this order it was cancelled promptly. Normally I would appreciate such efficient customer service however this infuriated me. Due to the lack of service and communication I received with this experience I'll never shop with Fanatics again.
Hello Steve, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the order was cancelled. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Upon review of your order, a public post was directed to our twitter page about it really taking 10 days to get your shirt? Followed by can I cancel my order? In order for her to comply with your request, you were asked to DM the order number. When the order number was received, you were advised that the order was cancelled and refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. It wasn't until afterwards you asked why it would've took 10 days to receive the item. Standard ground shipping was chosen which can take up to 3 to 7 business days to be delivered. It takes 1 business day to prepare the package to ship the next following business day on 8/20/2019. The 7 business days doe not include the weekends Saturday and Sunday.
