BestBuySupport I ordered a TV on Black Friday. I scheduled delivery/install at the same time. I got a text 10 days later asking me to schedule an installation appt. I called and said I had one. The rep told me they sold me a TV that they didn't actually have in stock-and I can expect it in APRIL! I told her that was unacceptable and her solution was to BUY ANOTHER TV! I asked if the Black Friday discount would be approved. She said NO!. After I had a fit, she said, oh wait I just saw something I've never seen-hold on…ok we can deliver on____ (which was a few days later). Ok. Took the appointment. It was cancelled and rescheduled for a day I did not consent to. The next appointment I was *******@an hour before THE EIGHT HOUR delivery window to be told no one could come out bc of the weather-it was not snowing or raining soooo…. Today is the most recent appt. 15 min before the window was to close, I called the delivery service. The tech can't be reached bc HIS VM IS FULL AND HE DOESNT UPDATE HIS TIMELINE so they have no idea where he is. The tech called me 45 min later to *******@me that he's an hour away and the Best Buy will be closed when he gets there so he can't even pick up the TV and be late to the appt!
BEST BUY YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST…Your third party delivery and installation service SUCKS (but the service reps on the phone are wonderful!). BEST BUT, YOUR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. YOU CHARGE $200 FOR INSTALLATION AND CANT BE BOTHERED TO ACTUALLY CHECK DETAILS LIKE STORE PICKUP HOURS. Every time you reschedule, I lose valuable time at work. But I've already paid for everything-TV, service, wall mount-so you really have me over a barrel and I'm sure you know that. I will never purchase from or recommend your store again. And I plan on posting this on every available outlet I can find.
