The shipping is HORRIBLE. Takes a VERY LONG TIME TO ARRIVE. Tracking information is not accurate and when I reach out about it, there is no phone number to call. You send them a message and the response is "you order will arrive in 6-10 days", meanwhile, I've already been waiting 6-10 days. They do not care at all about customer satisfaction.

I purchased LifeCell specifically for dark circles under my eyes. I truly believe you get what you pay for. Since this is on the pricey side and many of the before/after pictures showed results, I took a chance DESPITE knowing this could and likely be a FAIL. I used this product daily, as instructed, and saw ZERO RESULTS.
I ordered Factor for the first time. I did not receive a confirmation email or text or receipt of my purchase. Additionally, I have NO IDEA when my food will be arriving. I called customer service explaining all of thing and was basically told "OH WELL. WE DON'T/CAN'T PROVIDE ANY OF THAT INFORMATION". This can be a pricey service and I expected a simple confirmation emails and to be able to track when my meals will arrive. I canceled.
