I purchased cushions in May 2022. After 1 summer of use, 3 months, they are no longer usable. After every rain, I would position the cushions to drain, as sunbrella is resistant to water but not waterproof. They began to hold water eventually and now they are permeated with very heavy ( 20 llbs or so) of water which I'm sure has begun to mold. They will not drain; they cannot be moved let along used. I contacted Cushion source, and they told me my 6-month warranty was up and other then draining - which does not work, I was on my own... Just want to prevent anyone else from making my mistake.

Took me calling 5 days after I placed the order to find out if it shipped- which it had not. 2 minutes later- I got a tracking number which is not yet viable meaning until I called to follow up- it had not shipped. That doesn't feel acceptable to me when the expectation set was that it would be shipped and received within 3-5 days of placing the order.
