I have called Wayfair several times, given wrong information, confusion about information, waited on hold for 2 hours and then they hang up on me because I'm complaining about their service.
This is not the first time I'm getting this poor service. With Wayfair.
So recently I went to home depot.com, got great customer service, and also great chairs which were impossible to find at Wayfair, and it was much easier to navigate website and a timely delivery,
The founders interview on NPR were boasting about their company, very interesting!
Consistently, I've only had bad experiences with Wayfair.
