I had a terrible experience very similar to 'Jenni N', below. Cancelling was way more difficult of a process than it should be. I requested to cancel immediately after receiving my first, crappy, box and they ended up charging me for my 'free' month (which I returned the box for) the next month, and then also for the ENTIRE BOX of that second month. Even though I returned all the items! They said it was their 'right' to do so. 'Customer Service' was abhorrent to interact with and refused to refund me for any of the subscription fees or the 'purchase' charges of the items I returned and never purchased in the first place... as a courtesy they said they could refund me in the form of 'purchase credit' (even though I was already cancelled and no longer even had an active account) OMFG! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB.
