I booked an all inclusive trip to Cuba on December 2 and immediately cancelled the same day. They do not advertise ANYWHERE their cancellation fees of $25 euros. They charged the cancellation fees immediately and sent me an invoice, however it's 2 weeks later and i still don't have my refund. I have emailed them repeatedly and they are unresponsive. Their customer service is horrible. NEVER book with them, their are unreliable and they do not respect the customer. READ all the fine print BEFORE you book any reservations with them.
