Scam, scam, scam.
Paid them, got their email confirmation...
Then, 4 weeks later they "cancelled" our reservation.
Emailed & called asking about them returning our money - after several tries, finally got someone & they said that it would be returned to our bank account in "7-10 business days".
Two weeks later, nothing. More phone calls & emails - and ZERO responses.
Opened a fraud claim with our bank, providing copies of all of our emails and a statement of phone conversations.
After another month, we finally got our money back from the bank - not from HotelsClick.
Just don't do it folks, it's not worth the small amount of "savings".
