GUESS I HAVE NOW LEARNED A LESSON TEMU IS A REALLY SLICK OUTFIT,
First time order had some issues customer service was responsive after that first call I have found it all but impossible to actually be able to speak to Temu! Order today had damaged items (so did prior orders) Chat is available but for me a novice to both my ipad & iphone I really needed to speak to someone order today #PO**************131 items damaged and the incense actually made me gag! Non touch thermometer did not work with new batteries ipad stand scratched I am writing this review to pay it forward don't waste your time or money especially if your young I am a retired Physical therapist and even though I can afford Temu I can no longer use Temu it's a total drag to buy stuff only to receive some junky damaged items! Not being able to speak to their customer service is beyond frustrating it borders on a form of unethical store policy! What a really unpleasant experience Temu is a wretched disgraceful buying experience! Just pass Temu by other online retailers are offering great savings and they have good customer service!

TEMU KNOWS HOW TO ENTICE VISITORS TO THEIR APP, ONCE YOU BEGIN TO BROWSE IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO STOP ITS FUN AT FIRST AND YOU FEEL SUPER GOOD SAVING ON ITEMS BUT TRUST ME AFTER A FEW DAMAGED ITEMS AND THE FRUSTRATING INABILITY TO REACH A LIVE PERSON WITH EXCEPTION OF YOUR VERY FIRST ORDER WHAT A GRIFTER COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT BE FOOLISH

truthfully only the socks which I really liked! The shoes sent to me were way big clogs the other pair was not as advertised A bra was a unusable piece of thin smelly material! todays shipment included scratched ipad cover non touch non working thermometer bandana smelled used but the worst was a set of 8 incense cones they made me gag!

Initially found customer service to be responsive either by chat & phone this was for my first two orders and always used Paypal! Recently efforts to reach Temu service has been unsuccessful and frustrating this includes their Chat & phone number! Temu is a disgusting company and here is why Temu phone service is endlessly a long if not impossible wait which is exactly what Temu has set up most customers simply give up and who can blame them? Stay safe and stay away from this scam company! Save your money and save your sanity!

Tip for consumers:
My reason for submitting a review is less about my experience to obtain a refund but more about innocents who find themselves being denied the opportunity to speak to Temu phone customer service! Again this has been an intentional process set up by Temu! I myself feel like giving up hearing the same phone message repeatedly and knowing as I now do how futile this whole situation is! Remember first few purchases you will be able to reach customer service after this it is a futile process!

Products used:
sandals, lipstick, hat and three orders of socks plus bra and scissors also glue on tape (unworkable) the socks & scissors not reflective of photos!

Familiar with jerryartarama when they had a brick & mortar store in Manhattan since gone! First time placing online order and unfortunately received some damaged Lukas acrylic pour paints! Today called to confirm that a refund has been processed Astonished when a female employee reviewed my account and found that nothing had been documented by the male employee who was undoubtedly a disingenuous
Liar! She recommended that i ask for a female when possible as they are responsible employee's She asap corrected and processed my request also apologized! Be aware that calling jerry's will undoubtedly include a incomprehensible long wait before your able to speak with customer service representative!

always follow up after a few days have passed to ensure that your order and requests have indeed been implemented

Strongly recommend you try and speak with a female customer service representative, this information was shared with me today when I checked on the refund request I placed! The female customer service representative told me that nothing had been processed regarding my refund and asked me if I could remember the name of male who was disingenuous and a obvious liar but I had forgotten his name! It was her advice that I always try to request a female customer service representative, this advice was not sexist rather it was the best way to assure your information has been acted upon! Finally prepare for an incomprehensible and astonishing phone wait before you are able to speak about your situation!

Tip for consumers:
I used my Paypal have always received great service and felt protected regarding online purchases!
