Ordering was easy, but if you want to return something you can forget it! I was offered to keep the item that I didn't want (too small - can't wear) and receive a credit of $6. When I said that I didn't want that amount since I paid almost $30 and that I wanted to return the item to get a full credit I was told not to send it to the address that was on the package. I was not given the address to where I was to return the item (via email). I have still not yet received the address. I said that I would accept a $20 refund and have yet to hear back. Needless to say I'm not sure I shop at CurveDream again.
