The website drives me crazy. Every time you buy something, it takes you to the cart and then you can't get back to where you came from! If you end up in e.g. the candy section, which has dozens of tea items thrown in, and you finally get several pages in and buy something, you have to start from the beginning again. I would buy many more things if I didn't just get fed up with it.
Ordered a custom phone case based on a photo I have. The case arrived and I thought the design was upside-down... but it turned out I had the image upside-down! Despite it being my mistake, they were super-nice about it and made me a new one. Very nice experience, and the case is lovely.
