I called the headquarters 2 time in Nov to cancel membership. I called the day my bill was paid for Nov and then 2 weeks later due to still not cancelled. The 2nd call I advised the agent If not canceled that day I was going to write BBB as well as States Attorney Generals office. Membership is still active and new payment is due for Dec. 6th. I am calling my CC company to advise it will be erroneous billing request. All other streaming companies allow you to cancel your membership yourself online at any time. I assumed it was the same for PBS, it is not why. I am shocked, to be this is a very shady Broadcasting company stay clear. Bad programming, bad customer service, money hungry and nothing else.
