What can I say that hasn't already been said by others? They overcharge, hit my credit card twice for the same month, the fragrance is crappy quality and the authenticity is questionable.
I did manage to get a phone number to call after daily multiple emails to them demanding a refund and to be canceled. I was told that I would not get a refund, but as a consolation, I would get issued a "free" perfume. I still have not seen this arrive in my mail and don't expect to.
I was assured that my subscription was canceled and as of today, I have not seen any new charges. So hopefully this ordeal is over and I am a but broker, but wiser for it.
