I bought a sauna suit. Needed to exchange it for another size. I followed their instructions and wrote their customer service. No response. This place is nothing but a scam!

“Scam Artists”

I filed a claim on my AC unit. They wanted 3 years of maintenance records. They denied my claim on those grounds. I don't know anyone who keeps their maintenance records. No other warranty I've used has ever asked for such. It's just an excuse not to pay. Scammers
