I made two purchases one in early and one at the end of Nov 2020. I purchased some dresses, ladies tops, and a sheet set. I was still waiting for delivery right up to a week before Christmas. I contacted Nonib to enquire about my items, they said the items I purchased were from a third party and they would get in-touch with them. I did receive some of the items from each delivery in dribs and drabs. The first order is finally complete. Although I was given a tracking number for each order, I only got one item then it said my items were delivered, but I did not get the whole order.
Each time I contacted Nonib they said they would follow up on this and email me the results, but each time I waited with no reply. Today was the 5th time I contacted them, about one item left in the second order, and got the same answer. They will not even give me a refund.
The other thing is that I am unable to view my order online, as it comes up as no orders made. They said this was a fault with their website that was being repaired, that was before Christmas, but I cannot see it even today.
