I made two purchases one in early and one at the end of Nov 2020. I purchased some dresses, ladies tops, and a sheet set. I was still waiting for delivery right up to a week before Christmas. I contacted Nonib to enquire about my items, they said the items I purchased were from a third party and they would get in-touch with them. I did receive some of the items from each delivery in dribs and drabs. The first order is finally complete. Although I was given a tracking number for each order, I only got one item then it said my items were delivered, but I did not get the whole order. Each time I contacted Nonib they said they would follow up on this and email me the results, but each time I waited with no reply. Today was the 5th time I contacted them, about one item left in the second order, and got the same answer. They will not even give me a refund. The other thing is that I am unable to view my order online, as it comes up as no orders made. They said this was a fault with their website that was being repaired, that was before Christmas, but I cannot see it even today.

I bought a dress worth 80
Which was on sale
When i went to exchange
I liked a dress worth 50
I got few jewellery items to make it up the value of 80
But the lady told me that I can only exchange a dress with a dress and I have to pay for the jewellery.
I said but there is a price difference of 30 dollars.
I didnt want to loose 30 dollars.
She gave me an explanation about some sale items and all that.
I dont think It was fair
It was my first shopping with Noni B and definitely the last too
On 18th August 2022, I bought a H2O Go vacuum/mop online with Noni B. By the 24 August, I'd heard nothing at all from them, so tried to contact them as needed delivery to be made to the back patio - I'm disabled and unable to access the front door safely. I was unable to contact them about when delivery was likely to be or about delivery to the back patio, so raised a ticket with them. The item was delivered to the front door on 25 August, despite 2 bright red notices that say ALL deliveries MUST go to BACK PATIO. Meanwhile, I'm receiving emails every 2 days from Noni B, to say they are doing the best they can with following up with the ticket raised. Despite an email to them to say the item had been received, I'm still receiving computer generated emails. This company is so bad, they wouldn't be able to find sex in a brothel.
