I received & tried on my dirty wedding dress. I have contacted customer service twice & complaints department once now, with no reply.the dress had marks on it.the beading was not sewn on correctly, it was falling off, crooked, half of it is missing & broken & it is the main centre piece of the dress.the sleeves are sewn at different points on either side, so they don't even match up, they also have used the end of the roll so the holes from the end of the material are showing on the sleeves & on the hem.the sleeves are cut crooked as is the hem, it is all jagged & it's not even sewn together, it's falling apart.it arrived well before it was due, so it's either been a rush job, or it's been a return, that has been worn, as it shouldn't be dirty.it also had hair on the inside. I paid extra for it as it wasn't in stock, so it somehow got in very, very quickly. I have sent pictures with my email & requested a refund, once again with no reply.not good enough. Absolutely disgusted. I want my money back, as I have to buy another dress.not happy!
