Ok, so there's a lot. The best things are, the quality selection with detailed photos and condition level, quick and secure shipping, and ease of getting results contacting customer service. A bonus is your item arrives in a sturdy intact box. (unlike others who ship flimsy and is usually damaged with your white LV bag inside) Your item is in thick dust bag wrapped in packing paper. And confetti. Nice.

Great products. Terrible, completely wrong, incomplete description, photos, and sizing. All prints aren't animal prints. They don't have a clue most times what the product is. Ex: ski pants aren't "wide leg pants". They don't know what a cape is. If you get familiar with TRR you'll see at least 30% of items described wrong. And you'll agree they must have teenagers dressing mannequins. Once you place order expect it won't be on time if you get it at all, 50% of the time. Customer service is a joke. They don't care after they get your $$$. Consignment, as soon as they list items the put it on sale or sell it and then say it was on sale. You never get the payment they tell you when you consign.
Great reviews are from newcomers. Get familiar with the site and see how consistently incompetent they are. Too bad cuz the products are great.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of what you buy. Do your homework. Don’t expect PRISTINE or EXCELLENT items not to have not only been worn but have holes and stains throughout.

I keep most products cuz I know from experience YOU need to decipher known product yourself before purchasing. I bought a Camilla floor length dress w/attached cape. They were too lazy to see how it should be worn, (I wasn’t) so the put the dress on the mannequin backwards ten wrapped the cap portion around the dress making it knee length and just a jumbled mess. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. AND THEY DONT CARE CUZ THEYRE MAKING BIG $$$$.
Over 50% of my purchases have said NO SIGN OF WEAR EXCELLENT and arrived with obvious food stains all down the front. ARE THEY LOOKING AT THE ITEMS IN THE DARK. TOTAL INCOMPETENT.
