DO NOT BUY - Model H lasted less than 2 years and ARRIVED malfunctioning.
It cannot be used outdoors *at all* (It violates warranty, despite the advertisement) it cannot go over bumps higher than 1/4", cannot take hills. This is for FLAT SURFACE/INDOOR ONLY
Their technical support is nuts to deal with, they DO NOT HELP, they will call at times you SPECIFY not to and are conveniently unavalable.
It's unpowered, and now mostly a cat bed once I go to a company that produces quality, lasting products through my local medical services.
This dropshipping company *preys* on the disabled. If you have a loved one, love them enough to not burn your cash!

Do your homework, consult with your local pharmacy, or medical staff. They know the people who have been in the business and are *accountable* for their products.
