DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE SITE OF DHGATE.COM.
I had purchased 2 watches that did NOT WORK.
After contacting the DHgate sellers, I sent back the 2 watches and the agreements were that they would also refund me the return postage fees amounting to $ 51.00.
I am still waiting for the refundof postage costs and I will certainly never get them because the DHgate Assistance Customer Center told me that I had agreed with the sellers that the return costs would be in my charge (nothing more wrong).
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY from the DHGATE.com website because if the products were NOT WORKING or DAMAGED or simply they were not of the size you expected you will have to pay the return costs.
Stay away from this site because they are scammers.

Devo denunciare un'altra truffa subita in quanto NON mi è mai stato consegnato l'articolo da me acquistato. Adesso devo fare affidamento sul rimborso da parte di PayPal non potendo richiedere alcun risarcimento ad IndiaMART che provvede solo a segnalare i nominativi di venditori inaffidabili e commercialmente disonesti senza assumersi responsabilità di alcun tipo per garantire i loro adempimenti. Il consiglio è sempre lo stesso: alla larga da IndiaMART se non volete incorrere in brutte sorprese.

E' la seconda volta che vengo truffato da un associto di IndiaMART. Purtroppo i 2 acquisti erano stati effettuati nello stesso giorno da 2 venditori diversi ma entrambi mi erano stati segnalati da IndiaMART, associazione che dovrebbe promuovere le esportazioni di prodotti indiani, ma che sconsiglio perchè totalmente inaffidabile.

E' un'associazione che dovrebbe servire ad aiutare i venditori indiani ad esportare. In realtà è un'associazione che non tutela affatto l'immagine dell'INDIA e dei suoi iscritti. Anzi, la danneggia. A me è capitato di acquistare un orologio da un iscritto ad IndiaMART che in realtà era un truffatore. Il prezzo convenuto per l'acquisto dell'orologio era di EUR 115,00 ma alla fine mi è costato EUR 306,00 perché questo venditore continuava a chiedermi soldi senza spedirmi l'orologio. L'ho segnalato ad IndiaMART pensando che lo avrebbero dovuto irradiato dalla loro Associazione ed invece gli hanno inviato la mail confidenziale che io avevo inviato ad IndiaMART per denunciare le scorrettezze del loro iscritto e lo hanno difeso anzichè epellerlo. Il consiglio che mi sento di dare è di stare alla larga da IndiaMART perché, non solo non si assumono alcuna responsabilità in merito alle truffe o ai danni cagionati a terzi dei loro iscritt disonesti, ma li difendono pure evidentemente per non rinunciare alla quota d' iscrizione che immagino ogni associato dovrà pagare.

L'invito a non entrare in rapporto d'affari con questa inaffidabile Associazione che si chiama IndiaMART.
