I purchased a hat that is too small. The site offers no refunds and the exchanges are valid for only 7 days. I wish I saw this earlier. Now I am stuck with am item that I have paid for.
I contacted customer service about the status of my order. I was told the item was on backorder after I purchased it and the wig will be shipped out in a few days. The day of shipment, I get get an email that it was out of stock. So disappointing.
