I placed an order on Dec 1,2022. I have called several times and asked for my money to be returned of which they are refusing to. Every time I call and 1/6/2023 was may latest conservation with a CSR and she says my order was lost. OMG OMG! They have been telling me this whole time they are in a middle of an upgrade with their systems. They also have NO supervisors to speak with. WTF! The CSR today (1/6/2023) says I will receive an email when my refund has been done. I don't trust them and know that have $65 of my money. I'm sure like everyone else your money is just not something you give out for free. I work hard for my money, and I would expect a COMPANY like this to be better than they have been. This is the FIRST and LAST time I will ever order anything from this website. I am also reporting this to the BBB.
I don't even feel they should get my 1 star... They deserve 0 STARS!
