There is still no signs of my order ************** and no update from Hermes?! Enough is enough! You can send another pair URGENTLY please.
We have waited and wasted the last 48 hours on top of previous 4 days of waiting for the supposedly lost driver to do his next day delivery? Expecting a delivery THAT HAS CLEARLY BEEN STOLEN by Hermes staff!

I wasn't surprised by the lack of professionalism from Hermes, as per usual, this is only another out of time frame delivery, but, I was expecting much better aftercare services from Zalando. YOU HAVE HAD MY PAYMENT FOR OVER 10 DAYS NOW and still showing no signs of urgency?! Not initiated contacted me in one single occasion?! You have my contact details, why am I not getting updated?

No option to escalate my enquiry either as staff said we don't transfer calls to managers... I am fed up and feel like I have been scammed!

PS: definitely not on the right track to make our world a better place by treating customers with this much disregard and disrespect! You should focus on customer support and also change courier!

As you can tell by my review, I have had enough of all this pucking bullock between Zalando and schitty hermes delivery company! There surely is a way to get through to someone who gives a puck to solve this cluster puck of a display you and hermes have been conducting!? Pucking put me in charge and with Hermes gone, all of this would have been avoided...

This wasn't even your fault to start with! You send the order within 24h of me placing the order and now getting a bad name by association with useless funts! (And now showing your true colours through their lack of commitment)

Still waiting for next day delivery 6 days later?! No updates, no calls, no reply to emails, no chat staff, no call center? What to do? Waiting for parcel 6 days after it was ment to be delivered... no contact for Hermes and they don't reply to enquiries... basically just please themselves when they'll deliver... I paid for next day delivery. Their app says they are having trouble finding our property... funny they delivered another parcel 2 days prior and get delivery from them at least once a week... lying through their teeth again... we are the only Hotel in this tiny Scottish village... how can you say you can't find our Hotel in a one street village when you already delivered here multiple time (by multiple I'm talking about 100's of time)? Shocking customer service... shocking contact centre. This company are genuinly prepared better at sweeping customers under the carpet as they are at logistic and that is a proven fact in our area! Everyone says the same in our shire... Thanks again for wasting our time and our customers... you always meet expectations and perhaps it is time for at least a little improvement on delivery and customer experience and services.

What is the shipping time question doesn't have the actual next day delivery I paid for, picked up to 5 days but ws actually a next day delivery 6 days later still waiting

For the third time in a row, my goods have not been delivered. The post office says Zalando is...
