They are not local and they are not family owned and operated as stated on the webpage. They subcontract with other florists and keep a good portion of the money paid for the floral arrangement thereby getting a much substandard arrangement that is not even close to the picture on the webpage. When you get your confirmation they add a 15.99 service fee that is NOT disclosed on the payment page.

Rip off! Selling an ice maker and all I got was a scoop for 45.00 plus 7.99 shipping. Requested a refund and heard nothing put the charge in dispute.
