This site throws fees at you every step of the way. They charge to verify your account. They charge to read profile information. They charge to view full size pictures of the roommates and the apartments. They charge to read roommates profile bio's. They charge to send and read messages between roommates. All that for a measly number of matches to begin with.

You are able to see member profiles and send messages to other members for free. You are also able to include your contact information in the messages you send out so that only one of you would need to pay for a membership in order to communicate outside of the website.
