Dear Mr owner or Chris (whoever you are),
Firstly, I do not accept your thank you and neither your sorry from dishonest people like you. The post was not for you but to share my experience that I had with your company.
Secondly, it took 5 months and over 3000 views of a negative review for you to respond and finally inform me that you have done nothing. So last August when you were assuring me that you will fully support me it was a lie.
Thirdly, the reply from you, the owner or Chris (whoever you are), is the result of your investigation? On 15th of August, your staff have informed me that you have raised an internal claim ticket to investigate and on 23rd of September a claim team member will contact me on the update in which until today nobody contact me and did not get any result from your investigation. Is this the way you conduct your investigation and communicating it to the client?
Finally, Mr Owner or Chris (whoever you are) please let me know when I have said I want it as cheap as possible because this is another lie like all the above. All of what I claim is from correspondence with you staff in written.

If you would like to receive your packages like below with missing and destroyed contains, not taking any responsibility and the worse not replying back, feel free to continue with them.

Please be advised that you've choosen the standard packaging which isn't recommended for things like glass, ceramics or other goods that are fragile. We kindly asked you to opt for a better packaging service for very small additional costs, but you said you want it as cheap as possible.
As we can't insure bottles on the carrier's site, we can't compensate you - I'm sorry!
