I have a 2004 350z and sent my ECU to get reflashed only because they said it would take them 48hrs and I'll have it back. After over 2 weeks of no return emails, phone calls, etc Mr Blake hansen a manager said he would look into it, turns out there's an update to the tool they use and now they can no longer Reflash my ECU. It took them over 2 weeks to let me know that? The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sad thing is they don't even care!
