I bought an open box table set from wayfair and the WHOLE set aside from two chairs got lost in shipping. So when I initially called the guy was very kind and recommended waiting a few days and if they didn't appear wayfair would send a whole new set as a replacement. I called a few days later and the woman with whom I spoke made a big deal about overriding whatever system to send out a BRAND NEW, as she repeated 7 times, set to me. I received the rest of it today and the top of the table was visibly damaged. I called to get this righted, after waiting two extra weeks without the purchased set, and I was offered a new table or 15% back. After the strife and stress; I pointed out the table they were offering was worth more than the 15% they were offering and the woman insisted that was all I was going to get "so I should just take that or the 20% in store credit." The quality is great aside from the damage to the top, but the service was subpar to say the least and their associates have an issue with empathizing with stressed and concerned customers. Not happy with my experience.
