My order was shipped on May 18th, and here it is July 7th, and my order is still not here. I do understand that, due to the pandemic, orders are taking longer, but nobody is able to even give me an estimate on how long. On June 15th, I was asked to give it 7 more days. Since that day, none of my e-mails have been answered. I had ordered items for a certain situation, and had to spend more money elsewhere to have it on time. At this point, I just would like for someone to answer me and let me know when it should be here. I have been given two different tracking numbers, and they tell me two totally different things, neither of which, are an estimated delivery date. At this time, due to lack of knowledge and communication, I would be hesitant to make another order.

I am very sorry to hear you haven't received the order. We are very sorry for the difficulties that you have encountered. Indeed, delays are highly regrettable, especially that this is not the kind of service that we aim for, neither the impression that we want you to have towards Adore Me.

Our shipping process slowed down due to social distancing & other safety mandates, which could be affecting your order. After leaving our warehouse, your order is taken by our shipping partner to get delivered, and we, unfortunately, also don't receive additional visibility or information from them (other than the notifications you see on the website + app).

I would love to look into your case specifically and offer better assistance, however, I will need your email address to do so. If you could get back to us with this information I would highly appreciate it.
