Are you kidding me? It's like we are dealing with sending illicit drugs...THIS RETURN PROCESS IS LIKE TRYING TO JOIN THE FBI...IT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS...TAKING PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT, SENDING THE PICTURES AND WAITING UNTIL THEY "APPROVE" FOR REFUND...THEN YOU DON'T GET YOUR REFUND UNTIL THEY GET THE PACKAGE AND PROBABLY SCOUR IT FOR FINGER PRINTS! DISGUSTING.
BACK...DNOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

After jumping through all their hoops "(take a picture of the product in its original packaging. We will let you know if you qualify for a refund...." Honestly if I wasn't so ticked off, I'd laugh at their return policy......
