Great customer service and product

I was hesitant to buy this due to worry that it will be just another wasted money on something that doesn't work. After using this for the last month it has been the best bucks I've ever spent (much cheaper than an emergency vet bill). My dog learned extremely fast where the boundaries are and what the beeping meant. It only took getting shocked two times for my 'stupid' dog to understand what would happen. Now other people can walk by and he stays in the yard!
The customer support manager Julie is such a responsible and kind person, she answered all my questions and the product was delivered after 3 days I placed the order. Overall it was a great experience.

I am so happy with my dog training collar purchase. This is 100% what I need to control my dog who loves to enjoy his voice all night long. Used it twice and my pup start to realize that he needs to calm down a bit at night. I'm happy with it. Emailed customer service before purchasing and they are very helpful in helping me find the right training device for my pup. Great product, great service. Will definitely recommend it to more friends.

Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a bark training collar that did not work, requested a refund which was denied, they instead replaced the product (seems like good customer service, right) with the same product which also did not work. Upon asking for a refund, I was denied. I again asked for a refund since both products did not work. They asked me to send them a video in response of the product not working. Um... it doesn't work, how am I supposed to video that? Also who has time to chase their dog around trying to get a decent video of this nonsense? I simply asked for my refund and offered numerous times for the company to take back BOTH products. Denied over and over as they apparently don't stand behind their products. Terrible service. Stay away from this company.

Fraudulent company
April 22, 2022

Yesterday i ordered a bark collar, then a extra fee showed up on banking app. No where in their site does it say Hong Kong company. Got charged an international fee! Within 6 hrs i tried to cancel order, site said 8-14 days for delivery. Right after I tried to cancel I got an email saying order processed and on way. Many more emails to cancel are not being responded to. The only reply after email saying processed was to say their system is fully automated and they'll see what they can do. Nothing at all after that. Now my bank says the only way to cancel is to close my card that's attached to many auto pay accts. They've wreaked havoc on me because they won't cancel order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Just checked BBB site, they have an F.

Update, I finally got a refund and they stopped the shipping, but still stuck with international fee from MC

Fraudulent 100%

Do not purchase from this company. Bought an anti bark collar that does not work. Tried to contact them. The only way to contact them is by email. Their email address is invalid. You can't contact them. Stay FAR away from this company.

Buyer be aware
July 7, 2022

This company is fraudulent. My credit card was compromised and bark collars arrived at my house. I returned the collars to them and claimed fraud with my bank for the original 103.99; this company is now requesting 816.00! At this time I am submitting the tracking number to further dispute charges. Fraud fraud fraud

Order a electric fence and 2 collars back in the middle of March 138.00 still today I have nothing? Contacted there suppport page they said 7 days welp another 2 weeks NOTHING! Going to BBB and paypal this place sucks!

I have a french bulldog and this collar would beep and vibrate and the lights would light up to imply shocking. However it did nothing to deter any barking.

Are you kidding me? It's like we are dealing with sending illicit drugs...THIS RETURN PROCESS IS LIKE TRYING TO JOIN THE FBI...IT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS...TAKING PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT, SENDING THE PICTURES AND WAITING UNTIL THEY "APPROVE" FOR REFUND...THEN YOU DON'T GET YOUR REFUND UNTIL THEY GET THE PACKAGE AND PROBABLY SCOUR IT FOR FINGER PRINTS! DISGUSTING.

BACK...DNOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
