Handy continues to be the absolute worst service we have ever used! Any message for support goes into a black hole where a different person replies each time. We are a service provider. 90% of their work orders do not reflect correct pricing. When we bring this up, they tell us to just email them as we go and they will fix it, or to just do the work and they will fix it after the fact. Do you know how busy it makes the day if 90% of Handy jobs require us to email for support? 75% of every work order we receive has incorrect job information. Job says 1 toilet, no pickup. In reality its a 6-toilet job with pickup required. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH.
