Sorel... Buyer beware.
Ordered a $80 pair of slippers from them. Got notification from Sorel that they have been delivered to my PO Box. Went there, and no slippers, and Post Office says they never received them. Got home to another notification that says I picked them up...
Called Sorel. After 34 minutes on hold, listening to their horrible hold music and incessant messages telling me how many people are ahead of me and informing me each time, of their 20 to 30 minute hold time, I finally got to speak to a human who, after I explained the situation, said they would turn it over to their investigations team and that it would take a few weeks to resolve...
I said no thanks just refund my money since you are unable to deliver the slippers to me. They said they can't do that. I said fine, I'll just cancel the transaction on my card...
At that point, they threatened to "blacklist" me from buying all of their company's products... I told them to shove it, cancelled the card transaction, and here I am writing this review.
You want to be treated like that? Go ahead and buy from them.
UPDATE: It's been a month, but still no slippers and Sorel has my money and refuses to refund me.
USPS investigated and admits that they mistakenly informed me that they had notified me IN ERROR that the slippers were delivered to the Post Office and picked up by me, and now they are saying that two postal employees spoke with me about the package (they did not) and that the package was handed to me (it was not).
Sorel informed me of this investigation and the results therefrom, in an email to me. When I asked Sorel to show me the proof, they refused, and told me that I need to file a complaint with USPS. Sorel says it's out of their hands completely once it has left their facility...
I pity the poor person who has to deal with Sorel in the future. They do NOT care about their customers. They have my money and I have no slippers. I hop they go out of business soon.
