I paid double the amount of anyone on my flight. Shop around. Learned my lesson. I contacted One Travel and was offered no compensation.
I have sent 2 emails about the bracelet I ordered came broken and bent. I can get no response from the company. Only a auto reply saying I would be contacted in 3 to 4 business days. It's now been 2 weeks. Still no response.
