My product was supposed to arrive weeks ago and still has not shown up. I have no heard anything from them on shipping or its arrival time since I first made my purchase.

That means there is the insufficient stock in your order.
You can choose to wait or get the refund.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service to cancel it.
