I waited 24 days only to be told that my product was actually on backorder and if I waited another 15 days I would have it. Here we are 39 days down the road and they stop replying to tickets with any meaningful input and my order is just processing still. Also, the 2nd product I ordered has been "shipped" with a tracking number that I can't track (check http://packageradar.com/courier/xfl-express) and has been "shipped" for around 42 days. I am going to file fraud complaints against them if its not resolved by tomorrow.
