Kept getting errors on processing. HAD to go to PayPal to make purchase after 4th attempt. Used same card and had no problem on PayPal. It was a hassle and I almost gave up trying to purchase this.

They never have a repair man in our area which means we get our own, they have to call from our residence with the quote, which they will pay only a portion of, then you have to send the bill "paid in full" and they will send you a reimbursement check. ONLY, they sent the check to the wrong address and after 2 months of waiting, I'm on hold while they call the person at the address we don't live at and the work wasn't done at, to see if they have the check. I've already done that and they don't have a check with our name and address on it. I was also appalled to find out they don't pay the full amount for the repairs, less than 1/3 of the repairs. Now I get to find out how to get my money back for the several years I paid for in advance.
