Said I was to get a 30 day free trial but made me put in cc #. No information on how you actually read your mail (scan)
Do not use this company. Cannot contact them at all (via email, chat or phone) if there is any problem. Poor quality work as well.

We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30 day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
When you receive mail, an exterior image is scanned to your account. If you would like to have a particular piece of mail opened and the content scanned, you can request this from your online interface or the app. This is one of our optional services that is listed on the Pricing page on our website.
